Pursuant to Article IV, Sec. 2 of the Charter of the City of Warrensville Heights, Ohio, the Municipality is hereby divided int seven (7) wards, substantially equal in population, as the same is depicted in Exhibit “1" which adopts the districting plan identified in Option “C”, attached to original Ordinance 2002-001, and expressly made a part hereof by reference.
