769.09 VIOLATIONS.

No license holder shall violate any provision of this Chapter or any statute, ordinance, rule or regulation applicable to the conduct or maintenance of the operation, business or premises for which the license is issued. Any business found in violation of the licensing requirement shall be ordered closed immediately.
