769.04 LICENSE FEES.

Every scrap metal processor shall pay an annual license fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each place of business licensed. All scrap metal processor licenses shall be issued as of January 1 and expire on December 31 next succeeding the date of issuance.
