Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and will forfeit their landscaping deposit pursuant to Section 1333.04 to reimburse the City for expenses incurred for additional or supplemental engineering, legal or other services rendered as a result of the non-compliance with any building permit, special use permit or landscaping requirements.
