The property owner shall arrange for the installation of final landscaping within three months after the date of issuance of the occupancy permit and shall obtain approval of the landscaping installation within thirty days after completion of the landscaping. Failure to install landscaping within the above-mentioned time period may result in the forfeit of landscaping deposit required under Section 1333.04(a). An extension may be granted at the discretion of the Building Commissioner. Weather conditions may be taken into consideration.
