If the owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of the lands mentioned in Section 945.01 fails to comply with the notice, the Director of Public Service or someone working under his/her direction and employment, may employ the necessary labor to enter upon the affected property and cause the noxious weeds to be destroyed and/or weeds, grass or plants to be cut.
