945.03 HEIGHT LIMIT ON WEEDS, GRASS OR PLANTS.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of any lot or land described in Section 945.01 to permit any weeds, grass, or plants, other than trees, bushes, flowers or other ornamental plants, to grow to a height exceeding six inches. Any such weeds, grass, or plants exceeding such height are hereby declared to be a nuisance. The owner or any other person having charge of such property described in Section 945.01 must assure that the height of the weeds, grass or plants does not exceed six inches.
