945.02 DESTRUCTION OF NOXIOUS WEEDS.
   Every owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of any lot or land described in Section 945.01, shall cause the lot or lands to be kept free from Russian, Canadian or common thistle, wild lettuce, wild mustard, wild parsley, ragweed, milkweed, ironweed and all other noxious weeds growing or being upon the lot or lands as aforesaid, by destroying the noxious weeds by spraying with a chemical compound approved by the Director of Public Service, by cutting, by digging under or by any other method approved by the Director.
