941.03 CITY RESIDENTS.

The Warrensville Heights City parks are dedicated to the welfare and enjoyment of the residents of this community and their guests while in the presence of a resident, all others shall be subject to immediate ejection and removal from the property of the park by any duly authorized police officer.
