No person, other than an employee of the City while on City business, shall be allowed to enter or remain within the limits of the park one half hour after official sundown and one half hour before official sunrise. Persons may remain in the Senior Citizens Service Center before and after the hours heretofore indicated pursuant to a permit authorized by the Safety Director and issued upon the signature of the Chief of Police or the Safety Director.
