767.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Section 767.02 or who fails to comply with the requirements of Section 767.04, and/or 767.05 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A second or subsequent offense by said owner shall constitute a misdemeanor of the third degree. Each day's violation constitutes a separate offense.
