741.08 GIFT OR SALE TO MINORS.

(a) No person shall give, sell or exhibit for sale to a minor a knife having a blade two and one-half inches in length or longer, or knucklers or a billy.

(b) (EDITOR'S NOTE: Section 741.08(b), which was a re-enactment of Ohio R.C. 2903.06, was repealed by 1972 H 511, effective January 1, 1974.)
