§ 131.30 IMPOUNDMENT OF ANIMALS.

The Animal Control Officer, upon reasonable belief that an animal classified as a domestic animal or livestock, as defined herein, is not being provided with adequate food, water, exercise, ventilation, and/or sanitary shelter, or is otherwise being cruelly treated, shall impound the animal and proceed as is provided in §§ 131.30 through 131.34.
