(A) No person shall ride a skateboard or in line skates within the business district of the town. The business district is defined for this purpose as the area enclosed by Matilda Street, First Street, Main Street, and Third Street, all in the town.
(B) Whenever any person is riding one of the wheeled vehicles enumerated in (A) of this § 73.08 above upon a sidewalk outside of the town's business district, that person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give an audible warning signal before overtaking and passing that pedestrian.
