(A) Any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $100 per violation.
(B) Any law enforcement officer who observes a violation of this chapter may, in addition to citing the alleged violator into court to answer for the alleged violation, seize as evidence and hold until disposition of the case, any wheeled vehicle used in the commission of the act deemed to be in violation of this chapter. If that violation results in the assessment of a fine and/or court costs against the alleged violator, unless the court orders otherwise, any wheeled vehicle seized and then held as evidence shall not be released from custody until all court costs, fines and penalties, have been paid in full.
