§ 157.004  EXISTING SPECIAL USES.
   After the effective date of this chapter, those uses which existed prior to that effective date shall be considered to be legally established special uses. Any expansion, addition or other change for which a zoning permit is required shall be submitted per §§ 157.145 to 157.149.
