(a) Rates - Short Term. Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., local time, Monday through Friday, the metered parking rate shall be:

(b) Rates - Long Term.
(1) $22.00 per month, High Street Lot.
17.00 per month, West Market Street Lot.
(2) Group rate parking - rates for group parking may be negotiated by the management firm authorized by contract to operate off-street parking facilities. A group may be any firm, corporation or association with not less than ten units for parking for not less than a monthly period.
(c) Overtime Parking. No person shall cause a vehicle to be parked at an off-street parking facility beyond the expired time as shown by the meter. Any violation of this section shall be subject to the provision of Section 351.99(e).
(d) Other Violations. No person shall cause a vehicle to be parked at an off-street parking facility in violation of the provisions of this chapter which are not otherwise inconsistent with the provisions thereof. Any violation of this section shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 351.15 and 351.99 when appropriate or applicable.
(e) General Provisions. The general provisions of this chapter, which are not inconsistent with parking in off-street parking facilities shall be applicable to and enforced for off-street parking.
(f) Enforcement. The Police Department shall be responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of this section and the general provisions of the Traffic Code.
