A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be charged for the collection of and analysis for lead levels and/or other contaminants in water samples taken from public and/or private water sources when required by statute, rule, regulation, ordinance or resolution, or as requested by the owner, agent or tenant of any water system.
