(a) The fee charged for examination and screening of sexually transmitted diseases shall be forty dollars ($40.00)
(b) If the results of the examination and screening prove positive, an additional two dollars ($2.00) shall be charged for the administration of medications for treatment of same.
(c) No person shall be denied these services because of inability to pay. All clients shall be provided these services as necessary.
(d) The client, medicaid or the insurance company shall not be billed for more than these stated charges.
