1510.99 PENALTY.

   (a)    Whoever violates any provision of Section 1510.01 (a) and (b) shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).

   (b)    Whoever violates any provision of Section 1510.04 (b) or (c) shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and shall be subject to a like penalty for each twenty-four hours that the violation is continued.

   (c)    Whoever violates Section 1510.03 shall be fined:

(1)    One hundred dollars ($100.00) for the third false alarm occurring within the calendar year; and

(2)    One hundred dollars ($100.00) for the fourth false alarm occurring within the calendar year; and

(3)    Three hundred dollars ($300.00) for the fifth false alarm occurring within the calendar year; and

(4)    Three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each false alarm occurring within the calendar year, after the fifth false alarm.
