921.04 INVESTIGATION OF PIPING SYSTEMS; ENFORCEMENT OF REGULATIONS.

The Director of Public Service and Safety is authorized and directed to investigate the piping systems of all properties which may be affected by this chapter and to take such action as may be necessary to enforce the provisions of this chapter. The Director of Public Service and Safety may adopt and enforce regulations in accordance with this chapter.
