The ordinance codified in this chapter is adopted establishing rules and regulations for the use and control of illuminated rollaway, portable or mobile signs in the city. This chapter shall be an addendum or addition to the existing provisions found in this title, and shall in no way be construed as being in conflict therewith. This chapter shall control and regulate rollaway, portable or mobile signs insofar as it pertains to the use of such signs, illumination of such signs, establishment of a user's fee, the issuance of a permit, and mandatory inspection by the building inspector or his representative prior to the use thereof.
