15.24.040: SUPPORT MATERIALS:
Ground signs (banners) shall be supported by steel, aluminum or other metal pipe firmly embedded into the ground in a reasonably substantial manner and method so as to ensure their staying in place and not posing a threat to public safety. (Ord. 1147, 2015)
