10.12.020: EX OFFICIO MEMBERS:
In addition to the five (5) members appointed as set forth in section 10.12.010 of this chapter, the fire chief and police chief shall serve as ex officio members of the commission, but they shall act in an advisory capacity and shall have no power to vote on matters coming before the commission. (Ord. 423 §2, 1976)
