10.12.010: CREATION; MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENT:
There is established a traffic commission of the city. The commission shall consist of five (5) residents of the city, to be appointed by the mayor with consent and approval of the council. Membership shall consist of one member appointed from each ward and one member at large, all of whom shall serve without compensation. (Ord. 423 §1, 1976)
