9.90.015: VIOLATION OF SECTION 9.26.020 OF THIS TITLE:
Any person who sells or furnishes low point beer to a minor shall violate section 9.26.020 of this title and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by the payment of a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), plus court costs. (Ord. 967 §2, 2002)
