9.26.020: SALE TO MINORS:
It is unlawful and an offense for any person selling intoxicating or nonintoxicating alcoholic beverages for consumption on or off of the premises to sell any such alcoholic beverages to any minor under the age of twenty one (21) years. (Ord. 632A §1, 1986)
