2.04.040: REVIEW OF DESIGNATIONS:

The incumbent in the case of those elective officers specified in section 2.04.020 of this chapter, and the city council in the case of those appointive officers specified in section 2.04.030 of this chapter, shall review and, as necessary, promptly revise the designations of emergency interim successors or duly authorized deputies or any combination thereof for each officer specified. (Prior code §1-70(c))
