5.44.080: UNLICENSED VEHICLES:
The acceptance of passengers for compensation by any other vehicle than a taxicab and/or livery car duly licensed under and operating in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, or by other than those vehicles excepted in the definitions of "livery car" and "taxicab" in section 5.44.020 of this chapter, is prohibited. (Prior code §19-7)
