The provisions of the Ohio Building Code as adopted in Chapter 1420, including the provisions of all codes and chapters herein adopted by reference, shall be enforced by the Director of Public Service and Safety and/or the building inspectors appointed pursuant to Section 1440.02. No person shall interfere with any of such persons while they are in the performance of their duties.
