1426.02 TRANSMISSION OR SALE OF CURRENT; AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED.
   No person engaged in the business of transmitting or selling electric current shall permit electric current to be delivered beyond the point of permanent service entrance for a one, two or three-family dwelling within the jurisdiction of the National Electrical Code, as adopted in Section 1426.01, unless authorized to do so by an inspector appointed pursuant to Section 1440.02 of these Codified Ordinances. Such authorization shall only be given after the wiring has been approved by an inspector.
