1040.07 WHEN PUBLIC SEWERS NOT AVAILABLE.

Where a public sanitary or combined sewer is not available under the provisions of Section 1040.06, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system complying with the provisions of Sections 1040.07 through 1040.13.
