1040.05 UNLAWFUL CONSTRUCTION; TYPES.
   Except as hereinafter provided in Sections 1040.07 through 1040.13, it shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool or other facility intended or used for the disposal of sewage.
