880.04 LICENSE ISSUANCE; FEE.

The Police Chief shall issue a license upon approval of the application, payment of a fee of one dollar ($1.00), and filing of a bond as required by Section 880.06. If a person is exempted by State or Federal law from paying a license fee, he or she shall not be required to pay such fee.
