804.04 EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF LICENSES; PRORATION OF FEE.
   Licenses issued under Section 804.03 shall be for a period not exceeding one calendar year and shall expire on December 31 in the year during which they are issued. When a license is issued after January 1, but before December 31, in any year, the license fee shall be prorated, provided, however, that the applicant shall be required to pay a minimum fee of twelve dollars and fifty cents ($12.50).
