EDITOR'S NOTE: The Auglaize County Municipal Court has jurisdiction within Auglaize County, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 1901.02. Violations of Municipal law are prosecuted in this Court. Equitable remedies are pursued in this Court and other Courts of competent jurisdiction.
