(a) The payment of salaries, supplies and equipment shall be made from the City Income Tax Account.
(b) The salary of the combined position of City Income Tax Administrator and Office Manager is established at an annual amount as set by Council.
(c) Such clerks as are required to assist in the efficient and orderly operation of the Income Tax Department are authorized to be paid from the City Income Tax Account.
