258.01 ESTABLISHMENT; PURPOSE.
   There is hereby established in and for the City an Income Tax Department for the purpose of collection of a Municipal income tax and to prepare the required forms, collect pertinent data, audit completed returns and forms and maintain files for the period required by regulation. Such revenues shall be deposited in the General Fund under the designation of the City Income Tax Account.
