§ 14-213 BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, COASTERS, ROLLER SKATES OR SIMILAR DEVICES.
   No person shall ride any bicycle, skateboard, coaster, roller skates or similar devices, upon either C-1: Retail Business District, or C-2: General Commercial District, or upon any public parking lot owned and operated by a governmental unit in the city.

§ 14-214 SAME; PENALTY.
   (a)   A law enforcement officer detaining a person for violation of § 14-213 may impound the device ridden. If the person is 18 years of age or older, the device shall be released by the City Police Department if the violator appears at said Department and provides self-identification. Persons under 18 years of age, must appear at the City Police Department with a parent or guardian to obtain release of the device. If no parent or guardian resides in the city, the device may be released if its owner provides a letter from a parent or guardian requesting that it be released.
   (b)   Violation of § 14-213 is a municipal offense punishable by a fine of up to $100.

§ 14-215 MAIN TRAFFICWAY.
   (a)   It is hereby authorized, ordered and directed, under the authority of K.S.A. 12-685 et seq., that Poplar Street, located within the limits of the city, is hereby designated and established as a main trafficway.
   (b)   It is hereby authorized, ordered and directed, under the authority of K.S.A. 12-685 et seq., that East Valley Street, Balderson Boulevard, Military Trail Road and U.S. Highway 24 located within the limits of the city are designated and established as main trafficways.
   (c)   It is hereby authorized, ordered and directed, under the authority of K.S.A. 12-685 et seq., that 4th Street and Old U.S. Highway 24, and 8th Street located within the limits of the city are designated and established as main trafficways.
   (d)   It is hereby authorized, ordered and directed, under the authority of K.S.A. 12-685 et seq., that Walnut Street, Chestnut Street, Spruce Street, Vine Street and Plum Street located within the city are designated and established as trafficway connections, between 8th Street and 4th Street, or Old U.S. Highway 24.

§ 14-301 LARGE TRUCKS; OVERNIGHT PARKING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park or cause to be parked any truck, (other than a pickup truck), truck tractor, trailer or semi-trailer owned or operated under the physical control of such person, on any highway or street in the city, for a period of time longer than 30 minutes between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day.
§ 14-302 SAME; PARKING, STOPPING, PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park any truck larger than those commonly known as pickup and panel trucks on Lincoln Avenue between Fourth Street and Seventh Street at any time; nor shall any person stop any such truck on Lincoln Avenue except temporarily for loading or unloading, and then only in the event that access to the premises where such loading or unloading is to be done is not available at the rear of the premises.
