In order to have access to clean the street and remove snow when necessary, it is unlawful to park any motor vehicle on either side of Lincoln Avenue, from the south city limits to the intersection on the south line of Seventh Street, between the hours of 12:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Sunday through Saturday of each and every week.
