§ 94.096 ACCESS TO AND USE OF KIDTOPIA PLAYGROUND FACILITY.
   Access to and use of the Kidtopia Playground Facility shall be permitted only for children 12 years of age or under and only with proper supervision by their parents, legal guardians, or other responsible persons. The hours of access to the Kidtopia Playground Facility shall be governed by the terms of § 94.095.
