§ 94.065 WHEN OPERATION OF BOATS PERMITTED.
   (A)   Boats propelled by a motor of ten or less horsepower may be operated on the lake from sunup to sundown on any day.
   (B)   Boats propelled by a motor of more than ten horsepower may be operated on the lake on any Sunday or Wednesday between 1:00 p.m. and sundown. Such boats may also be operated, for the purpose of towing skiers, at any time that skiing is permitted by § 94.068.
   (C)   Boats which are not propelled by a motor may be operated on the lake on any day between sunup and 11:00 p.m.
   (D)   It is unlawful for any person to operate any boat on the lake, except during the times that such operation is permitted by this section.
