§ 94.068 WATER SKIING, WHEN AND WHERE PERMITTED.
   (A)   Water skiing shall be permitted upon Lake Boyer, between May 30 and September 30 of each year, each day between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and sundown. It is unlawful for any person to ski upon the lake at any other time.
   (B)   The skiing area upon the lake shall be in and upon the main body of water 300 feet from the dam and 200 feet from the remaining surrounding shoreline. Skiing nearer to the dam than 300 feet or the shoreline than 200 feet is prohibited, except from the takeoff point and incoming point upon the shore to the skiing area.
   (C)   No person shall ski in the sloughs of the lake.
