§ 92.09 SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS.

(A) The Planning Board may initiate, from time to time, proposed regulations for the control of land subdivision in the area and submit to the Village Council its recommendations, if any, for said regulations.

(B) The Planning Board shall review and make recommendations to the Village Council concerning all proposed plats of land subdivision.
