(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates the provisions of § 51.15 may not discharge any waste into the sewage system of the village and shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fine not exceeding $50 and/or imprisoned for not more than 45 days. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord, passed 6-27-85)
