§ 91.38 VIOLATIONS.

   (A)   A violation of § 91.02 shall be a misdemeanor and subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person found guilty of violation of § 91.04 shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 91.15 through 91.19, or any officer of any firm of corporation who violates or permits to be violated any of the provisions of §§ 91.15 through 91.19, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (D)   Any person who shall violate any provision of § 91.30 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (E)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 91.32 through 91.37 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
