§ 91.37 STATIC ELECTRICITY CHARGES.

All tank vehicles used in the distribution of flammable liquids and operated upon the streets or alleys of the city shall have the tank, chassis, axles, and springs adequately bonded to prevent the accumulation of static electric charges.
