(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
1. Current animal impoundment fees; and/or
2. Owners of animals without proof of rabies vaccination will be given notification to comply with §§ 90.020 through 90.023 within 60 days or they will be issued a fine to be established by resolution of the City Council, to be paid within five days. After five days, the animal must be immediately removed from corporate city limits if the vaccination is still not obtained.

(2) Any person violating any portion of §§ 90.001 through 90.006, 90.020 through 90.023, 90.035 through 90.039, 90.050 through 90.054, and 90.065 through 90.068 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day a violation exists shall be considered a separate violation. Impoundment of an animal in violation does not preclude the charging of the owner of the animal in violation.

(C) A dog not licensed as described in § 90.020(B) by February 1 shall incur a penalty at a rate to be established by resolution of the City Council.

(2) Any person violating any conditions of §§ 90.080 through 90.085 shall reimburse the city for all costs borne by the city to enforce §§ 90.080 through 90.085, including, but not limited to, those costs incurred by the city in the abatement of violations, and the removal or destruction of fowl kept on noncomplying lots within the city.
