§ 174.50 PARKING ON SIDEWALKS.
   Section 93.02 of the Minnesota Basic Code, regarding street and sidewalk obstruction, shall be amended to include the following:
   There shall be no parking on sidewalks, with the exception of sidewalks that go through your personal driveway.

§ 174.99 PENALTY.
   It shall be considered a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of §§ 174.15 through 174.28, and any violation may receive the maximum penalty authorized for the commission of a misdemeanor as determined by Minnesota Statutes. Penalties for misdemeanors are a $1,000 fine or 90 days in jail, or both. In addition, the cost of prosecution will be added.
