§ 32.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of § 32.15 shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and upon conviction in the Municipal Court of this city shall be fined no more than $500 as deemed appropriate by the Municipal Judge.
